PARE Consultants, originally “Precision Appraisal & Real Estate Consultants”, was built on the belief that trust is earned through consistent communication, honesty, and a genuine commitment to doing the job right.
The name “PARE” holds personal meaning for our owner, serving as a reminder of family, roots, and the values passed down through generations. His mother collects pears in honor of her own mother, who had pear trees in her backyard when she was growing up. That legacy has become a quiet but meaningful part of the company’s identity. Even our logo, a modern location marker, nods to that connection, subtly resembling an upside-down pear and symbolizing the idea that real estate always comes back to location, location, location.
